By enrolling your child in Speed PLAY, you can expect the following:
Speed and Agility: Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement Techniques, Running Mechanics, Footwork
Strength: Functional strength exercises with a focus on the upper body, lower body & core development
Conditioning: Game Ready Preparation
Keys to Victory: Bible verses and devotions that connect with workout

**If necessary: Sessions will be rescheduled to a later date if Woodstream Christian Academy does not meet in person for any reason during the dates listed above. Upon registration, your child will receive one Speed PLAY shirt at school.**
